Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cabs under platforms  SnapE Cabs services.

• Ensure safe, smooth, and timely transportation of passengers.

• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle.

• Follow all traffic rules and safety protocols at all times.

• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on experience & performance)

• Revised Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month for skilled drivers meeting performance benchmarks

• Performance Bonuses applicable

• Incentives available for high-efficiency drivers

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

• Shift Availability:

  • Day Shift

  • Morning Shift

  • Evening Shift

  • Night Shift

  • Weekend Availability (Optional with extra incentives)

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience driving Ola, Uber, or similar cab services

Skills:

• Strong understanding of traffic regulations and city routes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations

Other Requirements:

• Valid Driving License (Commercial preferred)

• Basic understanding of navigation tools (Google Maps, etc.)

• Clean driving record
